§ 18A:46-20 — Receiving pupils from outside district; establishment of facilities
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The commissioner may, in his discretion, with the approval of the State board: a. Require any board of education, having the necessary facilities to provide the services required to be provided by this chapter, to receive pupils requiring such services from other districts; or b. Require any board of education not having the necessary facilities to provide the facilities and services required to be provided pursuant to N.J.S. 18A:46-15b and to receive pupils requiring such services from other districts.
