1.State funds appropriated pursuant to P.L.1977, c.193 (C.18A:46-19.1 et seq.) to provide special education and related services to students enrolled in nonpublic schools shall not be included by a school district in the calculation of the minimum funding requirement for nonpublic school students under the "Individuals with Disabilities Education Act," 20 U.S.C. s. 1400 et seq. L.2001,c.230.
