§ 18A:42-6 — Organizations forbidden in high schools; rules; exceptions

New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
No such fraternity, sorority, society or organization shall be formed or maintained in any public high school, and the board of education of every school district shall adopt rules providing for the necessary disciplinary measures to enforce this section. This section shall not apply to any state college. L.1967, c.271.
