§ 18A:41-5 — Notification
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Each school district shall immediately notify the appropriate local fire department of any fire which occurs in a school building or on school property. The local fire department shall forward the data to the bureau of fire safety in the Department of Community Affairs. L. 1989, c. 42, s. 2.
