Text
The Commissioner of Education, in consultation with the Commissioner of Health, shall establish and administer a system for the evaluation of the effectiveness of instructional programs established pursuant to this act. Programs which are shown to be effective shall be made available to other school districts throughout the State. 1987, c. 389, s.6.
