§ 18A:4-9 — Secretary of state board
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The commissioner shall be the secretary of the state board, but with the approval of the state board he may designate one of the clerks in the department to perform such of the duties of the secretary and such other services for the state board as the state board shall designate. L.1967, c.271.
