§ 18A:4-12 — Use of lands controlled by state board for recreation purposes
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The state board may permit a municipality in which lands under the control and management of the state board are situate, to use such lands, when not required for school or state purposes, as playgrounds or recreation centers for the children of the municipality, but the municipality shall be liable for any damage done to property so used. L.1967, c.271.
