Text
The state board shall organize at its first regular meeting following June 30 of each year by the election of a president and a vice president from its own number who shall serve for one year and until their respective successors are elected and qualified. Vacancies in such offices shall be filled in like manner for the unexpired terms only. L.1967, c.271.
