§ 18A:4-25 — Prescribing minimum courses of study for public schools; approval of courses of study
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The commissioner may, with the approval of the state board, prescribe minimum courses of study for the public schools and require boards of education to submit to him for approval or disapproval courses of study adopted by them, whenever he deems it advisable so to do. L.1967, c.271.
