a.The Department of Education, in consultation with the Department of Children and Families, shall take appropriate action to ensure that each school district shall incorporate education on the "New Jersey Safe Haven Infant Protection Act," P.L.2000, c.58 (C.30:4C-15.5 et seq.) that is age appropriate for public school students in grades 9 through 12. L.2019, c.250, s.2.
