§ 18A:35-19 — Period of continuance of participation by pupil
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Every pupil participating in a program established pursuant to this act shall be entitled to continue such participation for a period of 3 years. L.1974, c. 197, s. 5, eff. Jan. 8, 1975.
