§ 18A:34A-7 — Immunity, school library staff.
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
7.A school library staff member who engages in activities as required by sections 4 through 6 of this act shall be immune from civil and criminal liability arising from good faith actions performed pursuant to the provisions of those sections. L.2024, c.96, s.7.
