§ 18A:29-2 — Equality of compensation for male and female teachers
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Female teaching staff members in the public schools shall be paid compensation equal to that paid to male members holding similar positions and employments and having similar training and terms of service. L.1967, c.271.
