18A:20-8. Except as otherwise provided pursuant to section 14 of P.L.2007, c.137 (C.18A:7G-45), the board of education of any school district, by a recorded roll call majority vote of its full membership, may exchange any lands owned by it and not needed for school purposes for lands located in the school district and at least equal in value to the lands conveyed by the board in such exchange. Amended 2007, c.137, s.45.
