§ 18A:20-15 — Conveyance; title of purchaser
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
A deed given pursuant to such directions and made by such person as may be designated by the court shall convey to the purchaser an estate in fee simple absolute, freely and fully discharged from the trust and any charge thereon created by the will of the testator. L.1967, c.271.
