Where a municipal insurance fund is established in any city and insurance fund commissioners appointed, the board of education of the city school district may in its discretion by resolution provide that from and after the adoption of the resolution, the school buildings and school property of the district be insured in the municipal insurance fund of the city. L.1967, c.271.
