§ 18A:20-23 — Local improvement assessments; payment of
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The board of education of any type II district may, in its discretion, pay assessments made against any of its real estate on account of special benefits conferred by any local improvement made by any municipality in which the district is located. L.1967, c.271.
