§ 18A:17A-6 — Delegation of powers and duties
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The executive superintendent may delegate to subordinate officers or employees in the district such of his powers and duties as he may deem desirable to be exercised under his supervision and direction. L.1975, c. 169, s. 6, eff. Aug. 4, 1975.
