All teaching staff members and administrators of the educational program in State facilities shall hold the appropriate certificate issued by the State Board of Examiners. Salary schedules for teaching staff members and administrators shall be comparable to similar positions in the Department of Education and the Marie H. Katzenbach School for the Deaf. L.1979, c. 207, s. 10, eff. July 1, 1980.
