Text
A "community college agency" means an educational institution established or to be established by one or more counties sponsoring programs of instruction similar to those offered by a county college and governed by a community college commission which shall be constituted as provided in section 3 of this act. L.1974, c. 89, s. 2, eff. Aug. 29, 1974.
