Text
Each county college shall have a board of school estimate. In the case of a county college established by one county, such board shall consist of the chairman of the board of chosen freeholders, two members of the board of chosen freeholders appointed by that board and two members of the board of trustees appointed by that board. In the case of a county college established by more than one county, such board shall consist of the chairman of the board of chosen freeholders from each participating county, one member of the board of chosen freeholders from each participating county appointed by that board and one member of the board of trustees from each participating county appointed by that board.
