2.The programs and services required pursuant to N.J.S.18A:46-1 et seq. for children with disabilities between the ages of 3 and 5 shall be provided by one or more of the following: a. Parent training and counseling; b. Special programs and services in the district including programs in hospitals, homes or other institutions; c. Special programs and services offered by other districts as provided by agreement between one or more districts; d. A Jointure Commission; e. A county special services school district; and f. Such other methods as shall be approved by the commissioner with the approval of the State board. L.1981, c.415, s.2; amended 2017, c.131, s.42.
