All teachers, principals, and other employees of the board of education of the county special services school district are hereby held to possess all rights and privileges of teachers, principals and other employees of boards of education of other school districts as provided in Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes. L.1971, c. 271, s. 15, eff. July 27, 1971.
