18A:29-4. The commissioner shall direct the board secretary or treasurer of school moneys, as appropriate, of any district to withhold the salary of any teaching staff member of the district who shall neglect or refuse to perform any duty imposed upon him by law or by the rules of the State board until the receipt of notice from the commissioner that such teacher has performed the duty. amended 2010, c.39, s.24.
