§ 18A:20-36 — Commissioner may order alteration or abandonment of buildings
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The commissioner may direct the entire or partial abandonment of any building used for school purposes and may direct the making of such changes therein as to him may seem proper. L.1967, c.271.
