Text
The withdrawal of any matter shall be without prejudice unless expressly stated to be with prejudice. Approvals resulting from the lapse of time shall not be a bar to subsequent disapproval or modified approval by order after notice and hearing unless the same be waived, but any such order shall be prospective only from a date specified therein or in an order on supplemental proceedings. L.1971, c. 144, s. 17B:34-6.
