§ 17B:27E-9 — Regulations
New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
9.The commissioner shall promulgate regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act including, but not limited to, regulations dealing with disclosure requirements, eligibility, renewability, non-duplication of coverage, dependent coverage, preexisting conditions, termination of coverage, continuation or conversion, loss ratio, and other information that the commissioner feels necessary. L.2003,c.207,s.9.
