New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
The Commissioner of Insurance shall establish, by regulation, the fees to be charged insurance companies for the services of the custodian pursuant to the requirements of N.J.S.17B:18-37 through N.J.S.17B:18-39. L.1989, c.264, s.8.
