§ 17B:18-2 — Stock insurer defined
New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
A domestic stock insurer is an insurer incorporated in accordance with the laws of this State with its capital divided into shares and owned by its stockholders. L.1971, c. 144, s. 17B:18-2.
