Text
The mailing of a ballot to any person shall not be construed as an admission of the validity of any policy or that such person was a policyholder; and no such mailing shall be competent evidence in any action or proceeding in which the question of the validity of any policy is involved. L.1971, c. 144, s. 17B:18-27.
