§ 17:51-4 — Partial invalidity
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
If any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence or clause of this act is held invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this act. L.1952, c. 330, p. 1058, s. 4.
