§ 17:50-17 — Retaliatory laws
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The retaliatory laws of this State set forth in section 17:32-12 of the Revised Statutes shall be applicable to reciprocal or inter-insurance exchanges. L.1945, c. 161, p. 562, s. 17.
