New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The commissioner may determine, at his discretion, the amount of a general surplus, if any, that the dental plan organization shall be required to maintain. L.1979, c. 478, s. 6.
