New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The commissioner may promulgate such rules and regulations as he may deem necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1979, c. 478, s. 23.
