Text

No person shall be employed as a consultant by an employer, union, trust fund or dental plan organization or applicant, except in accordance with the provisions of this section. A consultant, entering into a contract or agreement to provide consulting services on a dental plan, shall provide a copy of the contract or agreement to the commissioner for his approval. In addition to the contract or agreement, the consultant shall provide the commissioner with a list of all sources and amounts of income received from consulting work within the preceding 5 years, and income received or anticipated to be received in the year the contract or agreement is submitted for approval, and such other information as may be required by the commissioner.
