Text

The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations, not inconsistent with this act, with respect to the keeping of records, reporting of information, segregation of accounts, entry of credits and charges, use of appropriate accounting procedures, and all other matters connected with activities carried on pursuant to the additional powers conferred by this act. L.1960, c. 1, p. 11, s. 2.
