§ 17:47B-14 — Applicability of C.17:30C-1 et seq.
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
14.Except as otherwise provided in this act, the terms and conditions set forth in P.L.1975, c.113 (C.17:30C-1 et seq.), pertaining to insurance reorganizations, receiverships and injunctions, shall apply to captive insurance companies formed or licensed under this act. L.2011, c.25, s.14.
