§ 17:46B-6 — Corporate form required
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
A title insurance company shall be organized as a stock corporation as provided in R.S. 17:17-2 except as hereinafter specified in this act. L.1975, c. 106, s. 6, eff. May 29, 1975.
