Text
No title insurance company or title insurance agent shall willfully withhold information from, or knowingly give false or misleading information to the commissioner, or to any title insurance rating organization, of which the title insurance company is a member or subscriber, which will affect the rates or fees chargeable under this act. L.1975, c. 106, s. 49, eff. May 29, 1975.
