§ 17:45A-2 — Authorization to convert

New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Any mutual benefit association may become and be a mutual life insurance company upon complying with the provisions of this act. L.1955, c. 230, p. 889, s. 2.
