§ 17:45-23 — Minimum assets
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Every such mutual benefit association shall have, and maintain, assets of a market value, in the opinion of the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance of this State, of not less than three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00). L.1948, c. 467, p. 1913, s. 2.
