§ 17:37B-4 — Definitions
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
For the purposes of this act: a. "Commissioner" shall mean the Commissioner of Insurance; b. "Division" shall mean the Division of Property-Casualty Examination established by section 2 of this act. L. 1987, c. 406, s. 4.
