Text

No policy or certificate granting a natural death benefit shall be issued by any domestic company or association or shall be issued or delivered in this State to any resident thereof by any foreign company or association unless the policy or certificate shall conform to all laws of this State governing provisions to be contained in and provisions not to be contained in life insurance policies issued by stock or mutual life insurance companies authorized to transact business in this State. The amounts of death benefits provided in any policy or certificate issued to a child under the age of fifteen years shall not exceed the limitations now provided by law for insurance on the lives of children. Any policy or certificate may contain any provision permitted by law to be contained in policies
