Text
The commissioner may promulgate reasonable rules and regulations to carry out the purposes of this act, and may suspend or revoke, after reasonable notice and a hearing, the certificate of authority to transact insurance in this State of any insurer which fails to comply with the provisions of this act, rules or regulations promulgated thereunder or any plan of operation. L.1975, c. 301, s. 12, eff. Jan. 30, 1976.
