§ 17:30B-11 — Statement; filing
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
An association shall file at such time as directed by the commissioner a statement which shall contain such information and be in such form as required by the commissioner. The commissioner may at any time require an association to furnish him with additional information with respect to its operations. L.1974, c. 106, s. 11, eff. Sept. 19, 1974.
