§ 17:29C-4 — Reports from insurers; rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The commissioner may require such reports from insurers and may make any reasonable rules and regulations to carry out the purposes of this act as he shall deem necessary. L.1968, c. 131, s. 4, eff. July 3, 1968.
