Text
An order of the commissioner under section seven shall be subject to review by the Superior Court in a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ. No order of the commissioner under this act shall in any way relieve or absolve any person affected by such order from any liability under any other law of this State. L.1947, c. 379, p. 1207, s.
