§ 17:29B-3 — Unfair methods of competition or unfair acts or practices prohibited
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
No person shall engage in this State in any trade practice which is defined in this act as or determined pursuant to this act to be an unfair method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the business of insurance. L.1947, c. 379, p. 1200, s. 3.
