§ 17:28-7 — Penalty
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall have the power to revoke the authority to issue policies of insurance upon financed automobiles in this State of any insurance company violating any provision of this act. L.1939, c. 74, p. 120, s. 4.
