10.The commissioner may by rule or regulation set reasonable, necessary and appropriate fees for any filing required pursuant to P.L.1970, c.22 (C.17:27A-1 et seq.). All fees payable to the commissioner pursuant to this section are nonrefundable. L.1993,c.241,s.10.
